Fleet vehicle pickup and delivery point relocation
Effective 23 August 2011, the central pickup and delivery point for the University's fleet vehicles will be relocated from behind the Services Building (G12) to the parking area across from the University Sports and Aquatic Centre (at the corner of Butlin Ave and Maze Cres). Pool vehicle booking
Fleet Management is trialling the use of pool booking software for all departmental vehicles with Campus Infrastructure & Services (CIS). CIS staff can now book all vehicles that are available for use within their departmental pool on this online resource. This initiative has eliminated the need to maintain physical logbooks (since all bookings are created and managed online) and also improved visibility of vehicle availability.
