Customer satisfaction survey
We have introduced a short, new customer survey. We are interested in feedback on our services and invite your suggestions. The survey should take less than 3 minutes to complete and is designed to help us continue to deliver an efficient and effective service.
Record trip entries in logbooks
When driving University vehicles, it is a requirement that a trip entry is completed in the vehicle's logbook. This information is collated each year and required for Audit and FBT purposes.
Some departments are using the Pool Vehicle Booking system to manage their vehicles, thus removing the need for manual logbooks, as the information is captured and stored online.
Use the Pool Vehicle Booking (PVB) system
If overseeing departmental pool vehicles, you will benefit by using the PVB system in managing vehicle bookings, tracking running costs, eliminating logbooks and more. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a time and learn about the PVB benefits and how you can implement this within your department.
