Rental vehicles

The University travel program has contracted arrangements with rental car providers. Please ensure that you have exhausted the avenue to use a University owned vehicle before you hire an external vehicle and you have approval from the Departmental manager to rent the vehicle.

Staff members are able to hire cars, vans, trucks and buses at discounted rates from the following suppliers:

• Avis
• Europcar
• Thrifty
