Reporting

A number of reporting and tracking options are available via the CSG Web Portal, located at www.mycsg.com.au

Unless otherwise requested, report access will only be given to nominated administration or Finance contacts within each business unit.

The nominated users will be given access to this portal, where they can:

  • Monitor usage information on devices
  • Place and track service calls for devices
  • Place and tack orders for equipment

Detailed monthly reporting will also be delivered by the CSG Account Manager, detailing volumes, helpdesk response times, devices for disposal and any other issues. The latest University report will be uploaded at www.mycsg.com.au for future reference.
