The MPM consists of four categories of Units of Study, including Foundation Units, Specialisation Units, Elective Units and Pathway Units, as shown below.
Foundation Units are core units in Project Management and MPM students are required to complete at least two Foundation Units. From 2011, PMGT5871 will be compulsory for all Masters students.
MPM students are also required to complete at least two Specialisation Units.
Students are also required to take two professional practice units including PMGT5872 People & Leadership which is compulsory.
Elective Units may be chosen from any of the Foundation, Specialisation and Professional Practice units. Students may also choose other elective units from within or outside the Faculty subject to approval from the Project Management Program Director.
