A number of workshops for Project Management students are held each year, including an annual workshop on Project Management Essay Writing for new and existing students. You can find details on upcoming workshops below.

The Learning Centre also runs courses for students on topics such as essay writing and exam preparation. Check the Learning Centre for more information.

Upcoming Workshops

Introduction to Project Management Workshop

Wednesday 6th March 9:00am - 12pm
Venue: PM Learning Hub (Link Building 417)

This workshop is for all new Project Management students.
An introduction to Project Management presented by project management consultant, Peter Hals.
There will also be an introduction to eLearning and a short session on plagiarism and referencing.

All students are required to attend this workshop on commencement of their postgraduate Project Management study.

Essay Writing Workshop 14th March, 10am – 12pm
Venue: PM Learning Hub (Link Building Rm 417)

In PM Units you will need to write critically evaluative case-based reports and final reports. This workshop addresses the nature of analysis and argument in project management, as well as how to structure the evidence used in an assignment response. You will also find out how to structure and sequence information for an essay based assignment in an argumentative manner.

These workshops are available to all Project Management students.
