Faculty Managers Consultative Group
Purpose
The Faculty Managers Consultative Group should provide advice on the implementation and co-ordination across the University of proposed strategies and policies. A sub-committee of the group has also been formed, which is called the be Faculty Managers Working Party.
Terms of Reference
- Provide advice and comment on the implementation and change management plans for approved University-wide projects, strategies, policies and organisational developments to:
(a) the Academic and Professional and Support Services Sub-committees of the Senior Executive Group (SEG); and
(b) other officers or bodies as requested. - Provide a forum for information exchange and discussion to develop shared management and operational practices across faculties and central portfolios.
- Items may be referred by:
- individual members
- bodies such as SEG, or
- senior officers such as Deputy Vice-Chancellors or Deans.
