  • circulating and non-circulating assets under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009;
  • limits on the definition of security interest under the Personal Property  Securities Act 2009;
  • enforcement of security interests under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009;
  • covered bonds and the Banking Act 1959.
