Professor Stumbles supervises students undertaking research on banking law bankruptcy and insolvency and personal property securities law.
Examples of PhD, Masters and Honours theses supervised (completed and in progress) include the following:
- circulating and non-circulating assets under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009;
- limits on the definition of security interest under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009;
- enforcement of security interests under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009;
- covered bonds and the Banking Act 1959.
