Synopsis

This project entails implementing a paper-based, anonymous survey of men-who-have-sex-with-men (MSM) at a sex on premises venue in Western Sydney in collaboration with survey specialists from the AIDS Council of New South Wales. We will then work with a Statistician from the University of Sydney School of Public Health to enter the data into a database, clean and analyse the data and co-author a conference presentation/poster, peer-reviewed manuscript and executive summary for the Western Sydney Local Health District. This study will have important public health and policy implications for the planning and delivery of HIV and sexually transmitted infection health promotion programs in Western Sydney.
