Summary

Members of the Faculty are currently focused on areas family and child law such as:- Relationships between family dispute resolution practicioners and family lawyers.- Expert testimony in child sexual abuse cases.- Judicial training in domestic violence cases.- Prosecurial decision-making in child sexual assault cases.- Children's participation in decision-making about where they live and when they see both their parents.
