Annual reporting and renewal

Initial ethics approval is for four years, contingent upon renewing the application on a yearly basis.

While your project is in progress you must complete an Annual Report Form every year to keep your project active.

Once researchers have completed a project, a Completion Report Form is required.

If researchers complete a study before an Annual Report Form is due, they may submit a Completion Report Form.
