Manage your ARC grant: final reports
Due date
Final reports for ARC Projects are required by the ARC within 6 months of the completion date.
Funds
Please confirm with your finance officer that all funds have been used before completing the final report.
Submitting your report
Final Reports should be completed using the ARC Grants Management System (GAMS).
You are also required to advise the Research Grants Administration and Funding office that your Final Report is ready for submission to the ARC.
Forgotten your GAMS ID?
If you have forgotten your GAMS ID and/or password please email for your ID and a password reset.
The electronic submission via Research Grants Administration and Funding is the University’s sign-off on the grant. No paper copy of the Final Report is required.
