NHMRC reporting requirements

NHMRC Annual Progress Reports

Annual progress reports are due on 30 April 2012.

NHMRC Annual Progress Reports for the following schemes can now be submitted through RGMS:

  • CRE grants
  • Development Grants
  • Partnership project Grants
  • Program Grants
  • Project Grants (including European Union Projects)
  • Strategic Awards (including Targeted Calls for Research and NHMRC EU Collaborative Research Grants)

Progress Reports that have already been submitted need not be resubmitted via RGMS.

If you applied for a variation to carry forward funds or extend the duration of your grant into 2012 you are also required to submit a progress report.

NHMRC Final Reports

Final reports for NHMRC Grants must be submitted to the NHMRC within six months of completion of the funding period or termination of the award.

For further information including the Final Report Template, Research Output Summary Form and Detailed instructions for completion and lodgement of the form please visit the NHMRC website.

Please confirm with your finance officer that all funds have been expended before completing the final report.
