National outcomes
In total, over 333 000 research outputs were submitted by all 41 eligible higher education institutions for ERA 2010.
Outputs were submitted to 156 out of 157 4-digit FoR groups and all 25 2-digit FoR groups were evaluated.
The majority of outputs were submitted in 11 Biomedical and Clinical Health Sciences, followed by 09 Engineering.
Almost 40 000 full time equivalent staff were submitted, attributed to over 55 000 individuals, and research funding totalling $7.5 billion.
