The Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence were established in 2016 to celebrate exceptional staff performance at the University. As a whole-of-University, peer-nominated program, the awards recognise impact, leadership, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and industry and community engagement, as well as outstanding performance in the support of research and education, and professional service.
This year 95 University staff members have been recognised with Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence, across 11 categories.
I’m thrilled to congratulate this year’s award recipients and everyone who was nominated. One of the best parts of being Vice-Chancellor is seeing wonderful work brought to life in so many different ways, and it’s definitely humbling to understand how that work is having a great, sustained impact in the community and the world at large.
