Sydney College of the Arts Finance Office is open for student enquiries on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11.30 am – 1.30 pm.
Many financial services are now available online and can be accessed by any student at anytime but if you need to speak to SCA Accountant, Wendy Ju, you can make an appointment with her between the times above by emailing to or completing an appointment request available at the Student Administration counter during opening hours:

You can make the following payments on-line:
Equipment loans
Studio Key Deposits ($25 per key)
Degree Show Contribution
Print Lab Fees
Elective Fees
Graduate School Conference registration fee
BVA Year 1 Material Levy
Studio Access Fee
SCA Sales (include Safety Equipment, Photocopy, Degree Show Catalogue, Writing Guide)
Parking Permit
If you need to make a payment for which the on-line payment facility is not available, you can make that payment during Finance Office opening hours. Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques.
We cannot accept tuition fees or the Student Services and Amenities fee at this office. To pay these fees please read the instructions on your ‘Statement of Fees Due’.
How to make an on-line payment
- Have your credit card (MasterCard, Visa) details and Student ID Number ready
- Go to http://www.epay.usyd.edu.au
- Select a transaction
- Ensure that you enter the full nine digits of your SID in the 'student' field, then click search
- Select a payment category, if applicable
- Submit Payment
- Click for tax receipt (top right corner of your screen)
- Print the receipt or save it to pdf file
