When is my enrolment?

You will be contacted with information about the enrolment dates and process in early July, prior to commencement of Semester 2.

Do I pay tuition fees?

All postgraduate coursework courses offered at Sydney College of the Arts are fee paying (i.e. non Commonwealth supported) and require the payment of tuition fees. Eligible students may apply for FEE-HELP at enrolment.

Domestic students undertaking a postgraduate research program at Sydney College of the Arts are covered by the Research Training Scheme (RTS) and are not required to pay tuition fees.

All students are charged the Student Services and Amenities fee. This fee is in addition to the student contribution amount for the semester and students are required to pay this fee upfront or obtain a SA-HELP loan. Eligible students may apply for SA-HELP at enrolment.

Additional Costs

At the end of each semester SCA Graduate School holds a major student exhibition, known as the Postgraduate Degree Show. This large-scale group exhibition showcases the work of all graduating students. Each exhibiting student is asked to pay a Special Events contribution fee of $120 towards exhibition expenses. This fee goes towards the production of a catalogue & DVD, promotion of the exhibitions, invitations and the opening nights. The Special Events contribution fee will be collected in the last semester of your enrolment.

You may be required to pay a fee for studio access in the beginning of your first semester. Further information on how to arrange your studio induction and access will be available at Postgraduate Orientation.

SCA provides designated areas for student parking. There are approximately 150 student parking spaces available. SCA student parking permits are available annually for a fee of $50 and entitle the bearer to park in the northern, southern and western student car parks.

You will be able to make these payments on-line once you are enrolled.
