Table 2. Allele frequencies at five microsatellite loci in A. nigrocincta populations from the North and South of Sulawesi, estimated from deduced drone and queen genotypes from total workers scored in colony 1 and 2 or 3 and 4. In cases where the drone allele could not be distinguished from the queen allele, alleles were assigned according to the frequency of homozygotes in the colony.
