Once submitted the form will be sent to your nominated supervisor to confirm and authorise your use of the Vibrational Spectroscopy Facility for the current year.

Please ensure that you have visited the Facility Charges webpage and discussed the cost and subscription options with your supervisor prior to filling in this form.
