Bruker Tensor 27 with HTS-XT

The microtiter plate extension enables high throughput screening for infrared spectroscopy. For liquid samples ~1-20 mls are placed onto a 96 well silicon microtitre plate. After drying the microplate is loaded into the HTS-XT for spectral analysis in transmission mode.

The Twister Microplate Handler transfers the microplates from an input stack to the drawer of the HTS-XT module for measurement. When completed, the Twister retrieves the microplate and places it into an output stack.


Applications include: identification of micro-organisms, analysis of biological fluids.
