Bruker FTIR Spectrometer/Hyperion 3000 FPA System

The Bruker Vertex 80v spectrometer is equipped to collect spectra over the NIR, MIR and FIR spectral ranges. It is coupled to a microscope with an MCT (Mercury Cadmium Telluride) and FPA (Focal Plane Array) detector allowing a user to collect either single point spectra from samples or alternatively map (MCT) or image (FPA) a sample.
