is the Facility Manager for Vibrational Spectroscopy. Dr Carter is responsible for the day-to-day operations and decision making, including providing support, training and development to staff and users of the facility.

The Professional Officer is . Dr Lee provides professional support to assist the Facility Manager with providing a full-service and self-service model of various services within the Facility.

The Technical Officer is . Dr Welsch provides technical and research support for Vibrational Spectroscopy.

The Senior Technical Officer is . Dr Wood provides technical and research support for Vibrational Spectroscopy and handles commercial engagements.

The Professional Officer for Museum Analyses is . Thérèse is responsible for coordinating and carrying out spectroscopic analysis of art and archeological materials.

The facility has one casual Technical Officer, , and a volunteer Research Assistant, Jasmine Stewart, who assist in the analysis of art and archaeological materials.

The facility supports a wide number of users including many PhD, Honours and Masters students. Our users come mainly from the School of Chemistry but also from many other USYD departments, as well as, other Universities and Industry.
