The deadline for submission of this form is:

Domestic students: Friday 28 June 2013 for both School and Faculty applications
International students: Tuesday 30 April 2013 for both School and Faculty applications


Please Note:
In addition to this online application form, all students who plan to undertake Honours in Chemistry will need to submit an application to the Faculty of Science Office. However, applicants should note that faculty application forms must be signed by the chemistry honours coordinator, Dr Mat Todd or deputy honours coordinator, Associate Professor Meredith Jordan, prior to submission.
