Using MCQs to Encourage Deep Learning and Combat Plagiarism

This talk was given to the UniServe Conference on Sept 28th.

You should also find the RICH MEDIA files tecnically interesting... We use them a lot in our teaching. They are MUCH SHORTER than a lecture (about 15 mins vs 50 mins) and, an added bonus my voice is clearer and there are no jokes!

This format also allows SEARCHING of the slides, VIEWING THUMBNAILS and, of course, just listening to the narration for specific slides. Indeed, if you just want to listen to the bit on PLAGIARISM then go straight to Slide 9.

If you experience any difficulties in viewing this file, you may need to download the latest Flash player from http://www.macromedia.com/downloads/

Here is the PowerPoint (without my narration) and here is the RICH MEDIA file (with my narration)
