Master of Nutrition and Dietetics

With approval from the Dean, available places will be offered to qualified applicants, according to the admissions criteria. Detailed admission requirements and directions on how to apply can be found via the course outline for the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Admission requirements

In order to be eligible for entry, students applying for the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics must fulfil the admission requirements detailed in Admissions tab of the course outline. Furthermore, students must also fulfil the Inherent Requirements for Dietetics.

Offer rounds

Top-ranked applicants will be made early rolling offers. For all other applicants, the first offer round occurs in mid to late November prior to the year of commencement. The second offer round occurs in mid to late January in the year of commencement. Subsequent rounds may occur in February in the year of commencement, again subject to availability of places in the enrolment quota. Unconditional offers of admissions must be accepted within 3 weeks of the date of offer.

How to apply

Once the admission requirements and course outline have been reviewed, prospective students must submit an online application form. You will be required to upload relevant documents to support your application.

There is also general advice available on how to apply for a degree at the University of Sydney. If you are an international student, please note that there may be additional steps in the admissions process, such as applying for a student visa, and paying a deposit before you accept your offer.
