Expressions of Interest – Faculty of Science Wellbeing Champion
The University's Health and Wellbeing Program takes a wholistic approach to health and wellbeing, addressing the full continuum of wellness from mitigating illness, to preventing harm, through to promoting thriving.
We are looking for a Wellbeing Champion to represent the Faculty administration staff to help bring wellbeing awareness and participation in health and wellness initiatives to life at a local level.
New staff obligations for reporting data breaches
Changes to privacy legislation will soon be imposing stricter breach reporting obligations on the University, making it important that you know what to do if you suspect a data breach has occurred.
If you suspect that personal or health information held by the University has been incorrectly shared or accessed, you must report it to the Privacy team as soon as you become aware of it. Read more

Payroll error reminder: form for staff to complete
Staff affected by the payroll error that occurred in the 14 December pay run last year are asked to nominate their preference in making additional tax withholding payments prior to the end of the financial year. There are now only four pay cycles remaining to make these additional tax withholding payments. If you have already completed the form, please disregard this message.
Annual network resiliency testing
To ensure a continued stable and secure network operation, ICT is scheduled to perform its annual campus network resiliency testing from 6 am to 4 pm on Saturday 4 May. Some users may experience a brief interruption of network access of up to 30 minutes. For any queries or issues, please contact the Shared Service Centre on 9351 2000.
