Professor Marian Pam Baird

Professor Marian Baird was elected a Fellow of Senate by and from the academic staff of the University of Sydney from 1 June 2011.

Professor Baird is Senate’s nominee on the Women's College Council for a term of two years from 27 June 2011.

Professor Marian Baird has been a teaching and research academic at the University of Sydney since 1997, and was previously at the University of Western Sydney for 10 years.

She is a former Vice-President (Academic) NTEU; has served on various University Committees; and is also Director of the Women and Work Research Group.
