Kylee Micajah Hartman-Warren

Kylee M Hartman-Warren served as a Fellow of Senate elected by and from the postgraduate students of the University to fill a casual vacancy from 31 October to 30 November 2011.

Kylee is a PhD candidate in Film and Digital Image at the University of Sydney. She is the current Vice President (Community) at Sydney University Postgraduate Representative Association (SUPRA), and an International Officer at Council of Australian Postgraduate Associations (CAPA). Kylee has been involved with student representation much of her academic career, and she began her time at SUPRA as its Director of Student Publications in July 2010.

Before attending the University of Sydney, Kylee spent time in the US working as a sustainability coordinator, and volunteered for both political campaigns and environmental organizations. Her experience includes volunteer work for Rowe Sanctuary, and the American Museum of Natural History, as well as internships under a photographer for National Geographic, and for the Bosque Del Apache Sandhill Crane Festival. Kylee started studying film and digital image when she began documenting crane migration in 2008.

Kylee graduated from Reed College where she studied Philosophy and Classics.
