Dr Geoffrey Lance McDonald

At a conferring of degrees ceremony held in the Great Hall on 25 August 1983, the honorary degree of Doctor of Medicine was conferred upon consultant physician Dr Geoffrey Lance McDonald, BA MB BS Sydney, FRCP (Lond) FRACP FRCPS (Glas) (Hon) FACP (Hon), Honorary Physician, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital from 1962; Warden of the Clinical School RPAH (1967-74); and President of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (1978-80).
