Professor David Glyndwr Tudor Williams

At the Sydney Law School's centenary ceremony held in the Great Hall on 27 August 1990, the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws was conferred upon Professor David Glyndwr Tudor Williams, LLM Calif MA Oxf & Camb.

One of the leading English administrative lawyers, Professor Williams was Vice-Chancellor of Cambridge University, Principal of Wolfson College and the Rouse Ball Professor of English Law at Cambridge. In 1985 he was the inaugural Allen Allen and Hemsley Visiting Fellow at the University of Sydney.

Professor Williams gave the address at the special ceremony.
