Role of the Executive Officer to Senate

The Executive Officer to Senate loads each Committee agenda and attachments onto the Committee's secure website and Senate's secure website for the information of Fellows.

Role of the Committee Officer

The Committee Officer needs to:

1. ensure that the agenda and its attachments are pdfs.
2. name each attachment with the item number only. Examples: 1.pdf ; 1.1.pdf
3. email the agenda and each attachment well before the meeting to .
