Senior Executive Group

The Senior Executive Group (SEG), chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, makes major management decisions affecting the University and is accountable to Senate for the academic and financial health of the University. This website provides information about the membership, terms of reference and activities of SEG and related groups.

As part of our strategic plan for the five years to 2015, we restructured SEG and its committees in January 2011 to better represent the scale of University activity.

If you want more detail about the proposed changes to University governance structures, see Chapter 2 of the University's recent White Paper.
