The Gay After Tomorrow

The Gay After Tomorrow

USU & USYD Queer Revue 2010

As so many had feared, the global legalisation of gay marriage has led to the end of the world. All that is left of civilisation is ashes, dust and glitter. Yet, even in such dark times, there is hope. From one nightclub bathroom, a small band of survivors heads out into the unknown. How will they survive in a world without Broadway or Bunnings? Can they overcome a terrible new threat which threatens to destroy the world all over again? And most importantly, where can they get a drink?

The Gay After Tomorrow is Sydney University’s first ever Queer Revue, and it promises to come out with a bang. Written, produced and performed by gay, lesbian and queer-friendly students from across the university, the Queer Revue mixes sketch comedy, music and dance like a cosmo mixes triple sec, vodka and cranberry juice. Funnier than Brokeback Mountain, more moving than Brüno, The Gay After Tomorrow shouldn’t be missed. It’ll be fabulous.
