The Crossover is Crossover Dance Studios celebratory first anniversary dance event! A combination of dance, showcase, battle and creativity it shines a spotlight on Sydney’s Street Dance scene and the joy of dance. Each instructor at Crossover Dance will put together a dance piece in their own style, giving over 200 students the chance to showcase their passion, talent and skill. These pieces will range from Hip Hop to Jazz and Breaking to Kpop, showing off a diverse selection of dance and styles. In addition famous dance crews from all over Sydney will be coming together to perform and entertain you as best they can.

The Crossover is also a battle event, where the Crossover Champions for 2011 will be decided. These battles will feature the best Bboys, Poppers, Lockers and Hip Hop dancers of all descriptions entering the circle to prove themselves and see who’s the best. Watch them freestyle, dance and battle their way past the competition to claim the prize and the title of being number one.

Three legendary international guest dancers will be in attendance to judge the battle and show off their own moves. These dancers are internationally reknown for dance in their style and we are privileged to have them in attendance. The Crossover is Sydney’s chance to see these amazing dancers in action and watch them take it to the next level.
