Jan Preston's Life of Winifred Atwell

This show combines toe tapping up tempo live performances of tunes such as The Black and White Rag, In The Mood and The Harry Lime Theme, together with more than 150 photos of Winifred Atwell.

These, and Jan’s narrative, give us a wonderful insight into not only Winnie’s life, but also the lives of Australians during the piano culture of the 1950’s.
