The purchase of equipment would not normally be considered, but that if equipment was considered essential to the achievement of the project objectives, the cost of hiring equipment for the duration of the project would be considered, with the expectation that the costs of sustaining the initiative after a successful trial would be met by the faculty.

Statement of acquittal and reporting

 

The University needs to fully account for the funding received from external parties. Accordingly, we need to account for how the HEPPP funds are spent and ensure any funds allocated internally are fully spent within the timeframe specified for the project.

Please note that any funding that is unspent by the end date will be returned to the Social Inclusion Unit.
