PRESERVATION OF EXISTING CONDITIONS

The following conditions applicable immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement will continue to apply during the life of this Agreement in accordance with the University policies in place at the commencement of this Agreement:

1. special conditions of employment for General staff working at the University’s Veterinary Clinics;
2. special conditions of employment for General staff working at the University’s farms;
3. damage to personal property;
4. hazardous substances and situations; and
5. conditions about supply of clothing and safety equipment.
