RENEGOTIATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Parties agree that no earlier than three months before the nominal expiry date of this agreement, they will commence discussions with regard to the negotiation of a replacement agreement in accordance with the framework in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
