Training (Release specific and Ongoing)
Sydney Student User Training (Specific to Release 2 and Release 3)
To ensure that existing users of Sydney Student have the skills and knowledge to use the new functionality in the system training for Release 2 and Release 3 is currently being prepared.
Training will be tailored to suit the specific needs of end users, with high impact audiences required to attend face to face classroom training sessions, whilst lower impact audiences will have the option of completing training online.
Training will cover the new system functionality, based around existing and new business processes.
Timing of Training
Training sessions will take a “just in time” approach, ensuring end users are trained as close as possible to go live.
You will receive an invitation to participate in training closer to go live.
Ongoing training and support will be available through the Sydney Student Knowledge Centre.
