Non-academic complaints

Non-academic complaints cover all complaints that do not come under the category of an appeal against an academic decision. They include but are not limited to:

• complaints about non-academic decisions made or taken by the University
• complaints relating to the behaviour or actions of a University staff member
• complaints relating to the behaviour or actions of another student

The procedure for making a complaint is described later in this section.
