How to log in to University systems

  1. Overview and UniKey
  2. Log in to Sydney Student

Log in to Sydney Student

As a current student or staff member, use your UniKey to log in to Sydney Student. Your UniKey should look like: abcd1234 and is emailed to you after you have accepted your offer and enrolment is open for your course.

If you can't log in

Try synchronising your password to ensure that your UniKey password is the same across all different systems. If you still can’t access Sydney Student you can contact the ICT Helpdesk on 1800 SYD UNI (press "3").

If you have forgotten your login details

You can obtain your UniKey username or password by contacting the ICT Helpdesk (1800 SYD UNI, press 3) or visiting a staffed Learning Hub on campus (photo ID required).
