Emergencies, complaints and concerns

Dial triple zero (000) for emergency services (fire/ambulance/police). Calling the police is the quickest way to get help in an emergency.

If you have a safety concern or need to talk to someone about an incident on campus, please call our confidential helpline

You can call this helpline to:

  • request security assistance
  • make a complaint
  • report an incident
  • book an on-campus counselling appointment
  • access 24/7 support from NSW Rape Crisis Centre.

You can also make a complaint in writing. 

Student administration

The Student Centre

The Student Centre can provide information and advice about a broad range of matters relating to your time at University. This includes course options and admissions, student cards, fees, enrolment, timetables, examinations, special consideration, study abroad and exchange, and graduation.

Opening hours

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

During the first two weeks of semester, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

During examinations, 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 2.30pm Saturday.

The Student Centre

At limited times throughout the year, Student Centre staff will be available at the Cumberland campus to support your student administration enquiries.

From 30 July to 24 August:
11am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

From 27 August to 21 September, and 2 October to 2 November:
11am to 4pm, Thursday

At limited times throughout the year, Student Centre staff will be available at the Conservatorium of Music to support your student administration enquiries:
