Advance your career, pursue your passion and gain a higher qualification with one of our postgraduate courses.

Where will postgraduate study lead you?

Our students in Law share their stories about the opportunities that postgraduate study opened up for them.

Why a postgraduate course?

Graduate study can open up a world of possibilities
Fast track your career path
Work overseas with an internationally recognised qualification
Higher qualification often means higher salary
Fine-tune your craft
Make connections within your chosen profession

You may be looking to gain highly specialised knowledge or seeking the formal credentials to practise a profession such as accounting or law. Either way, postgraduate study can enhance the skills and knowledge you bring to your career.

Unlike a research degree, postgraduate coursework consist of units of study that are taught in a similar format to undergraduate learning, such as lectures, tutorials, assignments and exams. It gives you the scope to dig deeper and develop subject matter expertise in an area you’re passionate about.

You'll be taught by world-class scholars, and enjoy the benefit of a curriculum that is continually reviewed and refreshed to stay relevant in today’s changing job market.

Our coursework programs are open to all graduates with a bachelor’s degree or, in some cases, equivalent work experience. Learn more about the entry requirements for postgraduate coursework.

You'll have the option to complete your course with a graduate certificate, graduate diploma, or master’s degree. And with more than 450+ courses on offer, you'll have a wide choice of subjects.

You'll also study in one of the world's most exciting, multicultural cities. Discover the many things you can see and do while studying here by visiting our why choose Sydney page.
