Payment methods

Tuition fees for full-fee paying students at Summer and Winter School are due within 4 calendar days for continuing students, or 10 calendar days for cross-institutional students of online application. Payment options are available, more details can be found at Fees and Payment. (Sydney Student Portal > My Finance > Your finances > Payment method) via myuni.

Please note, a surcharge of 0.8% will apply for payments made by Visa or MasterCard. The surcharge is subject to review and may change.

International students pay full fees during Summer School. If you’re an international postgraduate student currently enrolled in award course at Sydney, you can request a rollover of fees from your account to pay your Summer School tuition fees. Login to your Sydney Student portal and follow the prompts to submit a request to rollover your tuition fees to cover the cost of your Summer School Unit of Study selection. You will be liable for the balance of any fees owing after completing your rollover request.

Cheque or money order

Students unable to pay by credit card may arrange to pay their tuition fees by cheque or money order to be presented at the Summer School Office. Bank cheques can be obtained from any recognised banking institution in Australia. Money orders are available from Australia Post outlets. There is an Australian Post Office on campus. (Science Road, opposite the Holme Building). Both methods of payment should be made payable to The University of Sydney. This method will not incur a surcharge

Important: Students of the University of Sydney are advised to provide their Student Identification number (SID) on the back of the bank cheque or money order before submitting.
