Payment methods

Tuition fees for full-fee paying Summer and Winter School studies are due at the point of web application. Students who do not have a credit card are permitted to pay by cheque or money order at the Summer School office but must clearly indicate this intention on their web application and must ensure all fees are paid in full within 3 days of lodging the application.

International students may also indicate payment method of fee transfer from the International Office but must ensure that the funds are available prior to lodging their application.

Important: Cash payments can not be accepted.

Applicants are encouraged to refer to the Summer and Winter School Refund Policy prior to lodging an application.

Credit card

Payment instructions are provided when lodging a web application.

Cheque or money order

Students unable to pay by credit card may pay their tuition fees by cheque or money order. Bank cheques can be obtained from any recognised banking institution in Australia. Money orders are available from Australia Post outlets. There is an Australian Post Office on campus. (Science rd, opposite the Holme Building). Both methods of payment should be made payable to The University of Sydney.

Important: Students of the University of Sydney are advised to provide their Student Identification number (SID) on the back of the bank cheque or money order before submitting.
