- SUSF offers 3 on-campus Health & Fitness facilities which include: Cardio & Weight training rooms, a 50m Indoor Heated Olympic Pool, Group Fitness Classes, Yoga & Pilates, Tennis, Squash, Basketball & Badminton Courts, an Indoor Rock Climbing Centre, Boxing facilities, and much more.
- SUSF is the organisation behind Sydney Uni Rugby Union. “The Students” have won the last FOUR Sydney Rugby Premierships, and are widely regarded as one of the best clubs in the country, as well as a major stepping stone for aspiring Waratahs and Wallabies.
- SUSF is also the organisation behind the ACUVUE Sydney Uni Flames. The most dominant team in the 27 year history of the WNBL, the Flames have been to 15 Grand Finals. The Flames play their home matches at the University Sports & Aquatic Centre; game-nights are a great night out, and won’t break your budget either!
- SUSF has a proud record of Olympic representation, sending 22 athletes to compete in Beijing at the 2008 Olympic Games, 12 athletes to Athens in ‘04 and 22 to the Sydney Games in 2000. The Elite Athlete Program, manages over 300 elite student-athletes, and is the only university program benefitting from a strategic partnership with the NSW Institute of Sport.
