Student Support Fund

A bursary can mean the difference between a student finishing their degree and dropping out. Our generous community of alumni and friends has contributed more than $281,000 towards our Student Support Fund, which provides bursaries to students in financial distress.

Last year alone, we were able to help more than 1500 students in need by providing small bursaries of up to $1000.

We designed this fund for emergencies, such as the student needing to pay rent when they are in-between jobs, buying compulsory textbooks, or replacing a broken computer.

Give

A diagram showing the difference a donation can make: $120 can help a student get the electricity connected; $150 will help a student buy warm clothing for winter; $200-500 can buy student textbooks for a year; $300 can help pay the rent, food, medical and dental bills while looking for a job; $500 will assist to cover travel and accommodation costs for compulsory placements; $1500 will help a student replace a broken computer.

Gifts of all sizes can truly make a difference
