About HR

Human Resources operates on a shared services model and, working in partnership with staff in faculties/units, we aim to develop a work environment where current staff can succeed, develop and enhance their careers. An environment which helps the University attract and retain a high-functioning, diverse workforce.

HR provides a range of strategic and operational human resource services and advice. These services are provided by the following units:

HR Relationship Management Group

The HR Relationship Management Group works directly with faculties/units and calls upon the specialist services within the broader HR team to help you achieve both your individual goals and those of the University as a whole.

This group consists of 4 HR Relationship Managers each of whom has a team of HR Advisors. Each HR Advisor manages a portfolio of clients.
