Occupancy

To view occupancy information relating to a particular job:

  • Log on to myHRonline
  • Select my HR tab
  • Select Employment
  • Select Occupancy
  • Select start and end dates on the calendar for the period you wish to view
  • Click on Show Occupancy

The Appointment Details screen will display a list of appointments. To view details of a specific appointment click on the hyperlinked date shown in the Active from column.

  • The system allows staff with different jobs to select the job view they wish to see.
  • To find out which job view you are in look at the information displayed under My Details found on the homepage, on the right hand menu. The role number and role name will be displayed under your name and staff identification number.
  • If you hold mutiple jobs and would like to view information or submit a request relating to another role, go to My View to change your job view.

  • On the homepage of myHRonline, in the menu options on the right, click on the icon Select to show Information located under the blue My View strip
  • A list of the different jobs that you hold currently, or have held, will display

  • Select the job you wish to view by clicking on the radio button (circle) in the Select column
  • Select the Set My View icon on the black strip
  • You can confirm the job you are currently viewing by looking at My Details

Roster

To view your roster over a period of time:

  • Log on to myHRonline
  • Select My HR tab
  • Select Employment
  • Select Roster
  • Enter the enquiry date and number of days
  • Select Find to bring up query results

Roster Change Request

To submit a request to change your roster:

  • Log on to myHRonline
  • Select My HR
  • Select Employment
  • Select Roster Change Request. This will bring up a list of rosters that have not yet been approved. Click on the link Add a new request.
  • In the pop-up box fill in Start and End Dates for the new roster
  • Enter the hours against the roster for each day in the cycle. If a roster already exists for that period, it will be displayed and you can make changes directly onto that roster.
  • A confirmation screen will appear, displaying the details of the new roster and occupancy created in the previous screen
