Team Members
To view your team members' details:
- Log on to myHRonline
- Select the icon under My View in the right hand menu options on the myHRonline homepage
- Click on the words Expand List
- Select the team member whose details you wish to view by clicking on the radio button next to their name
- Click on the Set My View icon on the My View toolbar
- A red box will appear on the top right hand corner of screen which will display the details of the employee whose record you have selected
- To exit team member view, click on the Clear Team Member View button (blue curved arrow) located on the top right of the page, alongside the team member’s name in the red box
Team PMD Review Calendar
The calendar will enable you to check when your team’s next performance reviews are due or the results of past performance reviews.
Explanation of codes:
- S – Scheduled
- D - Deferred
- C – Complete
To see scheduled reviews (S – Scheduled)
- Select the month and year
- Click on the “S” for the applicable employee and the review due date will display
To see the results of past reviews (C – Completed)
- Select the applicable month and year
- Click on the “C” for the applicable employee and the review results will display
Team Leave Calendar
To help plan your team's leave, you can view your team's leave at a glance in a calendar:
- Log on to myHRonline
- Select My Team tab
- Select Team Management
- Select Team Leave Calendar - your team’s leave calendar is displayed for a 60 day period from the current date
- To view a different 60 day period, select the Start Date of the period and then click on the Display button
To view leave of the direct reports for any of your team members:
- Log on to myHRonline
- Select the My Team tab
- Select the Team Management folder
- Click on the Team Leave Calendar
- Click on hyperlinked name of employee whose record you wish to view and a Team Leave Calendar of the direct reports of the chosen employee will display
Team Occupancy Summary
To view your "team occupancy" (ie a list of employees' names and jobs):
- Log on to myHRonline
- Select My Team
- Select Team Management
- Select Team Occupancy Summary
- Enter query criteria
- Select Find and the results will display
Increments
To view the increments of your current team members, by type and date:
- Log on to myHRonline
- Select My Team
- Select Team Management
- Select Increments
- Select Start and End dates for your query
- Select Increment Code
- Select Find and the results of your query will display
Team Leave Balances
- Log on to myHRonline
- Select My Team
- Select Team Management
- Select Team Leave Balances
- Select Leave Type ‘Annual Leave’
- Select Find - a list of team members and their corresponding annual leave balances will display
Team Leave Bookings
- Log on to myHRonline
- Select My Team
- Select Team Management
- Select Team Leave Bookings
- Insert Start and End dates
- Select Leave Type you wish to view
- Select Find - the employee, type of leave, amount of booked leave and dates will display
Departure Checklist
- Log on to myHRonline
- Select My Team
- Select Team Management
- Select Departure Checklist
- A Departure Checklist will display in PDF format
- To print, select Print on the top right hand menu
