  • What are you doing to improve your teaching and assessment practices?
  • What leadership are you providing in teaching and learning?
KPA 2: Research and innovation
  • What activities are you undertaking in research, scholarly, creative or professional areas?
  • How are you disseminating your research, scholarly, creative or professional work?
  • What activities are you undertaking to have your research, scholarly, creative and professional work recognised?
  • What leadership are you providing in research, scholarly, creative or professional work?
KPA 3: Leadership/Management
  • What contributions do you make to University governance?
  • What line management responsibilities do you undertake – including managing OH&S and other compliance issues in the workplace?
  • What activities that you do contribute to the University community?
  • What significant support/advice do you provide to other staff?
KPA 4: Community, professional and industry contribution
  • What services do you provide eg. clinical work, consultancy activities?
  • What local and national bodies do you serve on?
  • What professional contributions do you make which enhance the reputation of the University, eg Faculty advisor?
