Change management guide

Managers who seek to initiate change within their faculty or business unit are required to ensure the change process undertaken complies with the University’s obligations under the managing change clauses contained in Part I of the University of Sydney Enterprise Agreement 2009 – 2012.

In addition to following this guide to the University’s change process, managers are required to seek advice and support from the HR Relationship Management Team before commencing any change initiative to ensure the change is executed in compliance with the Enterprise Agreement.
